Google research shows that 38% of shoppers use three or more channels, making it crucial for brands to create a consistent omnichannel experience. Abbie advised that while consistency is key, messages should be tailored to each platform, with a unified brand message that keeps the company top of mind throughout the shopping journey.

Attracting new customers through PPC campaigns is important, but retaining them relies on a quality post-purchase experience. Abbie pointed out that fast shipping and excellent customer service are often reasons customers return.
